I had the privilege to live and breathe ecommerce customer retention for 5 years and leveraged my broad knowledge of data and technology to bring a unique perspective to that work..  I have been a Software Engineer for over 20 years, led teams of developers and built a Client Success team at a leading retention automation growth company.
